This Phoenix Sunday we challenged our Explorers and Network to make 3 different types of bread. In their teams they needed to make pancakes, soda farls and either a white/wheaten bread.
There were pancakes with chocolate chips, plain pancakes, bacon pancakes and blueberry pancakes. Some of the soda farls ended up being wheaten farls and some breads had a wee bit too much salt 😂
Best pancake went to team Bake Street Boys with their bacon pancakes. Best soda farl and bread went to team Yeast Mode. Don’t think we’ll be visiting the Great British bake off tent anytime soon 😂👨🏻🍳
