This Phoenix Sunday our youths were challenged to cook Coeliac friendly meals. It’s Coeliac awareness month so a perfect time for this challenge. Planning meals, shopping, checking labels and ensuring there was no chance of cross contamination. Well done to Callum, Daniel and Scott for the tastiest meal. They made chicken and rice noodles, the other options were chicken curry and cheeseburger pasta. Apologies , no pics of final meals, too busy tasting. Everyone did well preparing gluten free food ⭐️ Some s’mores for dessert too, using gf hobnobs 😋
