Beavers restarted last week. We played a Beaver movement game, learned our scout sign, created ID cards for weekly registrations, played Dice-Breakers in lodges to learn about each other. We had a relay race collecting words of the Beaver promise and a NSEW seasons edition game.
This week we started off with some parachute fun and then talked about what our promise means. How to be kind, helpful and love our world drew onto a beaver scout outline. After young leaders shared the Beavers thoughts with the colony it was time for the beanbag game.
Then the colony split in half, some in the shed looking at badges and a camp blanket, the other half playing shark attack using our bouldering wall. Switched over and before we knew it the meeting was over!!
