With this Tuesday falling on both Shrove Tuesday and the start of the Lunar New Year, we touched on both.
They didn’t cook pancakes, but made camp donuts instead. Taking turns to measure ingredients to make pancake batter. Then they made small jam/chocolate spread sandwiches, dipped in the batter, fried and coated in sugar 🤤
For the Lunar new year they watched a video about the Zodiac Animals great race, coloured bookmarks and played a zodiac animal movement game.
Finally lots of badges handed out with fortune cookies to try. Also huge well done to another of our Beavers who completed their top award, The Chief Scout Bronze 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
