Last week Beavers were gathering seeds, leaves and berries around the trim trail. After identifying these with our young leaders they made forest faces in the dark using clay and the resources they gathered.
This week it was all about nocturnal animals. They made wooden owl puppets and learned facts about 5 nocturnal animals and completed a quiz about them.
Finally we invited parents in to see their young people make their Beaver scout promise! Once everyone made their promise, our older Beavers assisted by placing neckers on their lodge mates. Well done everyone!
